About the event

"Your heart knows the way. Run in that direction" Rumi

Our hearts hold unique wisdom and guidance, and when algined with the power of the mind, the healing opportunity becomes life-changing.  But if the heart is a painful place to be in, it will be very difficult to access that powerful source of inner support.

Healing Hearts was created with all of you in mind, who are struggling to stay grounded, centered and resilient during uncertainty.  You will be guided through a safe and beautiful practice to reconnect with your heartspace sanctuary, using intentional gentle breathing and visualizations, inspired by HeartMath™, Rapid Transformational Therapy® and Claudia's expertise as a Trauma-Sensitive Hypnotherapist and Healing Circle Facilitator.

Breakdown of activities:

-Introduction to HeartMath phylosophy and techniques

-Practice time & partner shares- 15-20 minutes

-Short guided visualization - 10-15 min

-Q&A and group shares over a cup of calming herbal tea

You will learn easy techniques you can take home, to help you with emotional well-being, to strengthen your ability to be present with greater clarity, compassion, and balance in daily life.   When reaching these deep states of  alignment between your heart, your mind and your emotions, you will be empowered to navigate challenges with grace and authenticity, promoting overall health in body, mind and spirit.

In these uncertain times, regular practices to return to the safety of out heart space, allow us to access our inner wisdom and guidance, fostering resilience and a state of inner peace that can make a huge difference in the direction of our lives
